5 days out of 7 day stay there is no hot water & we get nothing but excuses as to when it will be fixed. We were told that it doesn't matter since all we need to wash is "genital" area with a wet rag, but the term used to describe it was vulgar. Our room was used to store excess television right in our walk space of an already small, cramped room. There are no real locks on any window or door & spiderwebs hanging from everything. Constant noise & walls are paper thin. We didn't even get a remote for the television & when we asked for one for 3 days, were given an old used universal one the cleaning lady brought in! Do NOT be fooled. This place is sheer white trash.
